2007 Teacher of the Year

Carroll Elementary is proud to announce our 2007 Teacher of the Year, Ms. Denise Smith. Ms. Smith is the Science Lab teacher who encourages and challenges her students every day. She consistently strives to make Carroll Elementary the best learning environment possible.  Ms. Smith has been teaching at Carroll Elementary for seven years.
