SUPPORT OUR
GRADUATES!
Graduation is a
time for
celebration, providing
long lasting
memories for
everyone
involved.
Unfortunately,
some memories
are not positive
if they include
drugs and
alcohol. That
is why CSHS PTSO
is sponsoring a
Project
Graduation
Celebration on
June 5,
immediately
following the
commencement
ceremony. This
all-night party
at Main Event in
Grapevine has
been a
successful
tradition for
our students for
many years.
Project
Graduation
provides seniors
a safe,
controlled
environment with
games, music,
poker
tournaments,
character
sketching, food
and prizes for
everyone.
To ensure continued
success for this
vital event, we need
your help. It costs
the PTSO
approximately
$160/student for
Project Graduation.
We still need to
raise an additional
$25,000. The
event is funded
partially through
the PTSO Craft Fair
and you can help us
raise funds by
attending the Craft
Fair today
(Saturday, Nov 3rd)
and/or tomorrow
(Sunday, Nov
4th).
Another way to help,
is by making a
financial
contribution, and/or
by asking your
company for a
corporate
sponsorship,
matching dollars or
to donate a prize.
Please help us
in "Protecting the
Tradition" of giving
our seniors a safe
and memorable
night! It won't be
long before your
student is a
graduating Carroll
Senior and we want
to make sure that
Project Graduation
is around for years
to come!
Send your donation
today to

Project Graduation,

can still pick

students can
pick up at the
Guidance office
with Mrs. Terry,
while CSHS
students can
pick up at their
directory at the
CSHS library.
Please note that

child at both
schools, your
directory will
be at the High
School.
Questions, email

Christmas is for Children
Christmas is For
Children (CIFC) is a non-profit organization
[501©(3)] and is dedicated to
providing needy children the love, care and
joy that comprise the spirit of the holiday
season. Participating individuals
contribute gifts, monetary donations, food
or volunteer their time. This year, our
10th year of service in Southlake, we hope
to fill the wish lists of over 1,300 Angels
from across the metroplex.
The Angels have been
distributed primarily through our
elementary-middle schools. If you no longer
have children from K-8 or would like to
adopt an Angel or a family, if you have Girl
Scouts, Boy Scouts, your own business and
need a write-off, a group of friends, or
just yourself, we have several 14 - 16 year
olds that may get lost in the shuffle of all
the little kids. Their family situations
all differ from medical challenges to abuse
to
grandmas-that-have-all-their-grandchildren-living-with-them.
If you would like to
help make the holidays brighter for some
underprivileged kids, please contact Bonnie
Lashus at
balashus@verizon.net or
at 817-637-6330

already hard golf course a lot tougher and
the guys played there way to another win
