DES Blooms~
Bringing Light Out Of
the Minds of Students our theme for the 2008-2009 academic year  Carroll ISD web site. Thanks to the PTO for Friday Night Fever Friday Night Fever was an overwhelming success!! Over 700 people turned out for our retro flashback. The decorations, the dancing, the food, the games, and the COSTUMES were all OVER THE TOP. And the Disco Durham Dancing Dollies.... there are no words. Just WOW. Tammy Kane, Angela Meek, Julie Varriale and their amazing committee definitely raised the bar on the 3rd Annual Fall Festival at DES. Thanks also to Kelly Partyka, our VP of Fundraising, for all her help. THANK YOU all for being a part of this
wonderful night. Together we raised over $13,000 for our school, our kids,
our teachers, and our campus.

There is no charge for a parent to look at a student's balance, set up low-balance email account , or view recent purchases. There is only a charge if you use a credit card to apply money to the account.

Please admire the new landscaping
completed through our partnership with Terra/Hat Creek, the developers of
the Shady Oaks neighborhood across the street from Durham. Next summer work
will be completed in the back of the property. We are very appreciative of
their generosity and continued commitment to a partnership with the DES and DIS PTOs.
