The
Quest program utilizes Dr. George Betts’ Autonomous Learner Model for
the Gifted and Talented. This model challenges students to be
responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation
of their own learning. The CISD Quest curriculum is based on
the state TEKS (Texas Essential Knowledge & Skills). Gifted
curriculum incorporates many learning objectives in each unit
of study that are appropriate to the development of gifted students. |
