Thank you Uncle Julio's for donating the food for our Special Olympic Banquet on May 2. It was wonderful!

We are committed to giving all children the opportunity to express themselves through healthy, challenging competitions with those on their same athletic level. Through our Special Olympics programs, children will find a sense of accomplishment and acceptance and they compete and enjoy athletic activities and competition.

Currently we offer the following sports:

Swimming (Laura Glass, Amelia Dye, coaches)
Bowling (Stacy Carey, Carla Pack, coaches)
Basketball (Marc McGaffigan, coach)
Track (Stacy Carey, Carla Pack and Debby Keesee, coaches)
Tennis (Linda Hayes, coach)

State Track Qualifiers
What a wonderful job out State qualifiers did this weekend at UTA Maverick Stadium. All 14 athletes represented us in true Dragon fashion in both physical challenges and sportsmanship as well. Every athlete came home with at least one medal, which is quite and accomplishment at a meet of this size with 3000 athletes from across the state of Texas.

Tennis Competition	May 17 @ Prestonwood Country Club June 28,29 @ TBar M Country Club in Dallas
