Family Access

Family Access is a software program that allows Carroll families to view student information online using a security-protected password. Parents are able to view grades, directory information, attendance, academic calendars, student schedules and discipline information online. The program makes data available for students in grades 3-12. Students returning to CISD do not have to re-register for Family Access. They will be automatically renewed and younger siblings will also be automatically updated. Parents of new students to CISD and third and fourth graders who have never used Family Access before must follow the registration directions below.

To access your child’s student information for the first time using Family Access, follow these simple registration directions:

• Visit the office at your child’s school (only one campus visit is necessary for multiple children in the family)
• Sign a parent list to receive your password and user login
• Visit the district’s newly designed website at http://www.southlakecarroll.edu
• Click on the Family Access link at the top right corner of the CISD website
• Type in your user login and password

Returning Family Access users need only to enter their user login and password in the appropriate box on this page to re-access student data information.
