TAKS Hotline

If you have a concern about the state TAKS Assessment tests, please call the Carroll ISD Assessment Hot Line at 817.949.8255.  You may remain anonymous, but we do ask that you please provide enough information so that your concern may be investigated.  This information should include the campus name, grade level and subject. 

You may also contact Barbara Yelton, secretary to Dr. Lowell H. Strike, Associate Superintendent for Student Services, to report a TAKS Assessment test concern via email at the following e-mail address: Barbara.Yelton@southlakecarroll.edu
