We believe in meeting the needs of the "whole child" at Dawson Middle School - academically, socially, and emotionally. That is why we offer a variety of elective and fine arts classes in order for students to discover their hidden potentials, build on their personal strengths, and display their many talents.  There is something for every student to pique their interest!

 

Subject areas include the performing and fine arts (Art, Band, Choir, Theatre), foreign language (Spanish), computer technology (Keyboarding, Media Mania), publishing (Journalism, Photojournalism, Yearbook, Newspaper), Family and Consumer Sciences, Health, and exploratory sciences (Oceanography, Animal Science).
