Welcome to the DIS Library! The library is open from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. daily. 

Students are welcome to visit the library in the morning from 8:00 until 8:25 after checking in at the gym and picking up a library pass. 

Before school library options include book check in/out, silent reading, homework, or playing a quiet game of chess.

Meet our librarian, Suzie Green. Mrs. Green has been the DIS librarian since 2004 and is excited about sharing her love of reading with DIS students! Everyone is sure to find lots of good books to enjoy from our collection of over 13,000 books, including fiction, non-fiction, biographies, reference, magazines, newspapers, and, of course, the current Bluebonnet and Lone Star books. Please stop by for a visit!
