Introduction
Welcome to Carroll ISD, where everyone's a Dragon!
Carroll ISD is a K-12 public school system located in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The 21-square-mile district consists of 11 schools serving more than 8,100 students and 1,000 employees. As one of the top school districts in Texas, CISD received "A" ratings by the Texas Education Agency at all 11 campuses, and also earned the prestigious Lonestar Cup for the 9th time, winning the most points in 6A history! Carroll High School sophomore Aarav Ranjan will play the piano at the world-renowned performance hall in Manhattan after winning first place at the state level of the Elite Music Competition last month in Plano.

Carroll ISD ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE.
THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 7.45 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $18.40.
