Our Transportation facility is located behind the Dragon Stadium, at 1075 South Kimball Avenue. The facility is home to our day-to-day operations, our shop facilities and wash bay.
Bus Safety Handbook & Bus Rider Contract
All bus riders MUST have a parent or guardian signed ‘Bus Rider Contract’ turned in with the Bus Rider Registration form, indicating that they have received the Bus Safety Handbook and will agree to abide by the rules. Bus passes will not be issued until a signed contract has been turned in. If you purchase online, you do not need to turn in signed contract. 2020-2021 Bus Passes on Sale
Sale of Bus Passes are handled by Financial Services Department
Carroll lSD will carefully consider a reasonable transportation refund policy and communicate the process to parents in the event that COVID-19 results in long-term building closures and virtual learning this fall. Carroll ISD Administration is reducing the cost of the bus passes due to the loss of the services in the spring of 2020 and potential interruptions in service in the fall semester due to Covid- 19. This discount will only be in effect for the 2020-2021 school year.
Individual Bus Pass: $225/Annual; $128/Semester
Family Bus Passes: $450/Annual; $256/Semester
Bus pass sales will begin July 20 and run through August 3 to allow the Transportation Department to more effectively plan bus stops and routes for the start of school but will still be available during the school year. A total of 1040 bus passes will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Due to COVID-19 bus capacity is limited to only allowing ONE student per seat. No student will be allowed to board any bus without a valid bus pass. Routes for the 2020-21 school year will be available online August 10. Alternate Transportation Vouchers will not be for sale during the fall semester. Alternate Transportation Forms ands After School Activity Passes for High School and Senior High School students will not be available during the fall semester. Due to COVID-19 hand sanitizing stations have been added to all buses.
Payment by credit card, online or in person, requires a processing fee of $0.25 plus 4% of the transaction. Carroll ISD does not receive any of the credit card fees offered by this convenience. To purchase online, you'll need to use Google Chrome for access to the online form.
You may also print and complete the Bus Rider Registration Form along with the Bus Rider Contract and submit payment in person or by mail to the CISD Administration Center - 2400 North Carroll Ave., Southlake, TX 76092 Attn: Cheryl McCormick if not purchasing online.
Upon completion of the transaction, your child's bus pass will be approved, issued and sent to your child's campus for distribution within 5 business days after the start of the semester. Bus passes are similar to a luggage tag and should be attached to your child’s backpack.
To locate your child's bus number, stop and pick-up time, go to southlakecarroll.edu, departments, transportation and click on bus routes beginning August 10th.
