  • Carroll Ping Pong Club

    Meeting Time/Place:  Meetings will be held after school on Wednesdays from 3:30 - 4:30pm (times subject to change).
    Club Description/Membership: The club is for all ping pong players, experienced or not, who want to have fun and learn.  Anyone is allowed to join the club.  Grades do not affect eligibility.

    FCA Fellowship of Christian Athletes
    Sponsor: Nichole.Gilley@southlakecarroll.edu
    Meeting Time/Place:  Every Thursday during lunch in the auditorium. Free pizza is provided for your lunch. 
    Club Description/Membership: FCA is a group of Christian students who share testimonies and fellowship each week. This group is for all students. A student does not have to participate in an athletic event.

    Gay Straight Alliance Club (GSA)

    Conversations will focus on what it means to be an American with education and the promotion of civic responsibility a guiding theme.

    Model United Nations Club (MUN)

    Every Thursday in Ms. Colvin's Room 112 from 3:30 to 4:30 pm.
    Club Description/Membership:  The Model United Nations Club is an open place for students to discuss and debate current events and international relations.  Members learn the skills of debate, compromise, conflict resolution and negotiation.  Every meeting will begin with a New York Times article or a topic chosen by each officer on a rotation schedule, and members will share opinions and offer solutions.

    Science Research Association

    Club Description/Membership: 
     As a club, we are recruiting students to participate in the Fort Worth Regional Science and Engineering Fair. Any CHS or CSH student may join. Participation in the science fair is beneficial because it allows students to apply topics learned in school and to create new technologies with real world applications. Our members will develop science fair projects, go through the engineering design process, create posters, and present the results at UT Arlington in February. Also, we write articles about topics ranging from sports to computer programming. The articles are published at www.verdantleaf.org. The rationale behind our activities involves a mission to increase interest in STEM and learning in the community.

    SKIL Club - Southlake Kids Interested in Leadership
