Purchase Bus Pass

  • Sale of Bus Passes are handled by the Financial Services Department.

    All purchases will be date and time stamped in the event any COVID protocols are in place at the beginning of school.

    Bus pass sales will begin May 17, 2021 to allow the Transportation Department to more effectively plan bus stops and routes for the start of school, but will still be available during the 2021-2022 school year. No student will be allowed to board any bus without a valid bus pass

    • Individual Bus Pass: $250/Annual or $135/Semester
    • Family Bus Pass: $500/Annual or $270/Semester

    2021-2022 Spring Bus Passes on Sale Starting December 1, 2021

    • Individual Spring Semester Bus Pass: $135.00
    • Family Spring Semester Bus Pass: $270.00

    All bus riders MUST have a current Bus Rider Contract form signed by a parent or guardian and turned in with the Bus Rider Registration Form indicating they will abide by the Bus Safety Handbook if paying by cash or check. All forms and cash/check payments will be accepted at the Administration Center. Bus passes will not be issued until a signed contract has been received. Routes for the 2021-2022 school year will be available online no later than August 2, 2021.

    Due to COVID-19 hand sanitizing stations have been added to all buses.

    Carroll ISD does not issue reimbursements for missed/delayed bus services at any point in the school year. For the 2021-22 school year only, Carroll ISD has implemented a process that if a parent requests to cancel their bus service before the end of the semester, the following will be implemented for refunds if requested.  Please contact CISD Financial Services office to request your refund at CHERYL.MCCORMICK@southlakecarroll.edu.

    1st semester:
    Cancel service by Dec. 1  – 25% refund for that semester
    After Dec. 1 – No Refund

    2nd semester:
    Cancel by Mar. 11 – 50% refund for that semester
    Cancel by May 1 – 25% refund for that semester
    After May 1 – No Refund
