  • Lunch Account Restrictions
    The Child Nutrition department understands parents may want to restrict what and/or how much their student can spend on purchases.  If you wish to add or remove a restriction, please complete the following form.

    Please Note:

    • Restrictions are broad in nature to meet the most common requests AND to allow the lunch line to move at a pace that provides students with as much time to eat as possible.
    • Restrictions will remain on the account until such time the parent requests they be removed.
    • If a parent chooses “Restrict Use of Account” and their student arrives at school without food OR if food is damaged or destroyed during the school day, students will be provided a courtesy meal unless the parent contacts the Child Nutrition department at (817) 949-8240 to request a one-time meal purchase.
