    Carroll ISD is one of 447 school districts in the U.S. and Canada that was named to the 8th Annual AP District Honor Roll. Out of the eight years that the AP District Honor Roll has been in place, Carroll has received the designation six times, more than any other district in Texas. Click here for the full story.

  • Have a Student Interested in Carroll Medical Academy?
    A CMA Informational Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2018, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the Student Activity Center at Carroll Senior High School. This meeting is for current 8th and 9th grade students and their parents who are interested in applying to the Carroll Medical Academy. More info about the application process can be found here

  • Registration for the 2018 AP Exam Opens January 3
    Regular registration for the 2018 AP Exam opens on January 3, 2018, and is open until February 18, 2018 at a cost of $98. If you do not make the February 18 deadline, late fees will be applied up until March 4, which is the final deadline for registration.   • Dragon Cheer Hosting UIL Routine Showoff 
    Mark your calendars for the UIL Routine Showoff on January 4 in the Auxiliary Gym at CSHS at 6:00 p.m. Dragon Cheer will be showcasing the elements that go into the UIL Spirit Competition as their competition season heats up.   • Dragon Band Students Selected Into All-Region Bands
    Last weekend, 49 Carroll Dragon Band students were selected into one of four Region 31 All-Region Bands after performing in the very competitive audition process. Additionally, eight of these students placed at the top of their section, allowing them to advance to the Area competition on January 13. Click here to see a list of students.

    Southlake Cross Country & Track Club's top 7 boys and top 7 girls teams competed against the best runners in the nation at Nike Cross Nationals in Portland, Oregon on Saturday. For the full story click here.

  • Record Number of Student-Athletes Sign National Letters
    Carroll Senior High School and the Carroll Athletic Department hosted an event on Wednesday morning to recognize an outstanding group of student-athletes who signed their National Letter of Intent to study and play at the collegiate level after graduation. For full story, click here.

  • Dragon Cheer Accepting Donations for Toys for Tots Drive
    Dragon Cheer is supporting Toys for Tots this Christmas and needs your help! Bring a $10 unwrapped toy to CHS or CSHS starting November 27 and place in the drop boxes at the front office. All toys will be donated by December 15.

  • Carroll ESL Team Holding Pajama Rama Pajama Drive
    The Carroll English as a Second Language team is accepting donations of new pajamas for kids at Cook children's Hospital. Pajama Rama will take place from November 12-December 16, and donations can be dropped off at any of CISD's 11 campuses. See the flyer here for more information.

  • Get Your Spring Semester Bus Passes NOW.
    Bus passes for the Spring semester are currently on sale. Students with a white fall semester bus pass will need to purchase their new spring semester bus pass before January 5, 2018, in order to ride the bus for the second semester without interruption.
