  • Registration for the AP Exams Is Currently Open!

    Students who are currently enrolled in AP courses are encouraged to sign up for their course's AP exam. Scoring well on this exam could result in college credit in the course. For more information on registration and dates of the exams, click here.

  • Women in Technology Host Intro to Coding Class Jan. 24th!

    Women in Technology club of the Carroll Senior High School are hosting an introduction to coding class for intermediate age students at the Southlake Town Hall on January 24, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. They will introduce and teach basic programming skills using easily accessible internet programs on your child's device. A great way to expose your youngsters to fun programming with high schoolers. Bring a device! Please fill the link below to RSVP.

  • Emerald Belle Tryouts Mandatory Informational Meeting Feb. 5th!

    The Emerald Belles are hosting a mandatory informational meeting about the upcoming Varsity and JV Emerald Belle tryouts. The meeting will be Tuesday, February 5 at 7 p.m. in the Carroll Senior High SAC/cafeteria. Exact information on requirements, rules, times, practices and more will be covered, so the parent or candidate must attend the meeting in order to tryout.  Mark your calendars for the additional tryout clinic April 1-2 and tryouts on Friday, April 5.

  • CISD College and Career Transition Fair - Feb. 7th!

    Mark your calendars for the CISD Special Programs College and Career Transition Fair on Thursday, February 7, 2019 from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m at Carroll Senior High School.   Our goal is to help high school students with learning differences gain knowledge about: college, application process, career opportunities, Department of Disability Services and transition needs when pursuing post-secondary education or training.   • Carroll Dragon Band Member Earns Spot in Texas Music Educators Association!

    Carroll Freshman Diego Pena (bassoon) was selected into the prestigious Texas Music Educators Association All-State Band after participating in the T.M.E.A. Area Band auditions this past weekend at Coppell High School. Diego joins All-State Jazz Band members Chase Adams (sophomore trumpet, 2-time all-stater) Spencer Foster (senior-piano), and seniors James Wade and Amber Meagher (choir) as T.M.E.A. All-State members. They will represent Carroll ISD in San Antonio in February at the T.M.E.A. convention. Click here for the full story.

  • Carroll Robotics Hosts North Texas Competition!

    The Carroll Robotics team hosted another exciting competition at Carroll Senior High on Saturday, January 12, with 37 teams from North Texas participating. The 10 Carroll Robotics teams were very successful with multiple teams winning trophies and qualifying for the state competition. All Carroll Robotics teams will compete again on February 2 at Berkner High School in Richardson. Team 7110Z will be traveling to Virginia next week to compete at the 'Night at the Museum' Tournament that may be held at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum or the Dulles Expo Center, and the state championship will be held on February 23 in Greenville, TX.   • Dragon Cheer Named Grand Champions of Mustang Invitational!

    This past weekend Dragon Cheer competed at the Mustang Invitational and walked away as Grand Champions! They also captured "Best Fight Song" and "Best Band Dance." The work continues this Saturday, January 19, at the Fort Worth Convention Center as they compete in the UIL Spirit Competition. Click here to see a photo the Grand Champions Dragon Cheer!

  • Choir Students Earn Spots in the Texas All-State Mixed Choir!

    Amber Meagher and James Wade, members of the Carroll Senior High School Chorale, will perform with the Texas All-State Mixed Choir in San Antonio, Saturday, February 16, 2019 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center as part of the 2019 Texas Music Educators Association Clinic/Convention. They were chosen for this prestigious honor through a competitive process held this year across the state at District, Region, and Area levels. Click here to read more about this achievement.
