Athletic Signing Day Information
Guidelines for NCAA Signing DaysStudents receiving athletic scholarships at the D1/1AA, D2, D3, NAIA, and junior college levels are eligible to participate in Athletic Signing Days offered at Carroll Senior High School as long as they are active members of the sport offered at Carroll. Students may also participate on signing day if they are active members of a club sport(s) recognized by Carroll ISD per the approved clubs.

DETAILS/FAQ:
Do I need to submit a photo for the signing day ceremony? Yes, if your athlete is participating in the signing day ceremony, please upload a picture in the sign-up link.
Do visitors need to pre-register for the signing day? If you are entering CSHS before 3:30 pm, you will need to pre-register so that a visitor badge may be issued to you when you arrive.
What size are the tables for decorating? Tables for celebrating our signing student-athletes are circular, 60” in diameter, and 29” in height.
Where do I enter CSHS on the day of the event? For visitors arriving between 3:00 pm and 3:30 pm for table decorating, HERE is the map to facilitate your parking and campus entry. We’ll need to check you in through the front office with the use of your driver’s license. For visitors arriving after 3:30 pm at CSHS, click HERE to access the "evening" map to facilitate your parking and campus entry. Campus doors will be open without needing to check in through the front office.
Where do visitors sit for the ceremony in the auditorium? Rows in the auditorium will be designated and labeled for each athlete and their accompanying friends and family.
Will there be a photographer available? A school photographer will be on hand to capture pictures during the ceremony. Those images will be made available online after the event. A link to photos will be sent to head coaches for disbursement to their athletes and families.

2:30 pm: SAC is accessible for parent table decorating
3:30 pm: SAC is open to all who wish to celebrate with signees
4:30 pm: The program begins in the SAC or the Auditorium
5:30 pm: The program Concludes
