Carroll ISD’s Dyslexia Team mission is to assist students with dyslexia in the achievement of independent literacy skills by providing service and support to students, parents and school personnel through identification, instruction, and community awareness.

Texas Education Code (TCE) Section 48.009 requires each school district and open-enrollment charter school to report through the Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) information regarding the number of students enrolled in the district or school who are identified as having dyslexia.
