TechHelp

For technical assistance, students, parents, and teachers can:

  • Call CISD TechHelp at 817-949-HELP.
  • Email help@southlakecarroll.edu and it will automatically create a ticket.

Students and teachers can also use their network login to submit help requests via the web at https://help.southlakecarroll.edu.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm
