Our Transportation facility is located behind the Dragon Stadium, at 1075 South Kimball Avenue, Southlake, TX 76092 The facility is home to our day-to-day bus operations, our shop facilities and wash bay.

PURCHASE 26-27 BUS PASS

! EARLY BIRD PRICING NOW THROUGH JUNE 30TH, 2026. PRICES WILL INCREASE BY $20.00 ON JULY 1ST, 2026 !

• Individual Annual Bus Pass: $395 (Early bird price: $375)
• Individual Semester Bus Pass: $250 (Early Bird price: $230)
• Family [3 or more students] Annual Bus Pass: $1100 (Early bird Price: $1080)                    
• Family [3 or more students] Semester Bus Pass: $650 (Early bird Price: $630)

Students will not be allowed to board any bus without a valid bus pass.

To purchase bus passes, you will need to use Google Chrome for access to the online form. Upon completion of the transaction, your child's bus pass will be approved, issued and sent to your child's campus for distribution within 5 business days after the start of the semester. Bus passes are similar to a luggage tag and should be attached to your child’s backpack.

The sale of bus passes is contingent on seat availability.  In order to ensure student safety, the sale of bus passes on certain routes may be suspended if those routes reach capacity.
