The safety of our bus riders is our top priority. Communicating with parents is important, but will always happen AFTER CISD staff handles the emergency and first takes care of student/health safety.
Report Route or Driver Concerns:

Report Student Safety or Discipline Concerns:

Bus Running Behind Schedule:
CISD/Campuses post delays of 15 minutes or more to Twitter/Facebook
Students are not marked tardy or penalized due to late bus
Minor Bus Accident/Significant Delay:
Driver contacts Southlake Police Department & Transportation Department -begins seating chart
Transportation Department contacts district & affected campus
Campus communicates directly with parent via phone, email or face-to-face
District posts public announcements via social media and/or Mobile Dragon
Accident With Injuries/Major Delay:
Driver contacts Southlake Police Department & Transportation Department - begins seating chart
Transportation Department contacts district & affected campus
Campus communicates directly with parent via phone, email or face-to-face
