Part B

---

• SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) Analysis 
  • Community Strategic Planning SWOT Analysis October 27 at 5:30p.m. at Carroll High School. 

This phase focuses on the Strategic Planning Team comprised of parents, community members, business leaders, teachers, staff and parents developing the following:

• Call to Action - our purpose for this plan
• Vision, mission and core value review and alignment
• Strategy Development

As the Strategy Development is completed, strategy teams will focus on the strategy formulation and measures for success. After the strategy teams complete their work, they will present to the entire Strategic Planning team for feedback and approval.

With the completion of the strategic plan, the committee will design a report card to the community with key performance indicators and measures that will be used to track progress.
