Carroll ISD Named to 2024 ERP Honor Roll for Student Achievement

Carroll Independent School District has once again been recognized by the Educational Results Partnership (ERP) as a top-performing school district in Texas, earning a place on the 2024 ERP Honor Roll. This statewide recognition highlights Carroll ISD’s commitment to student achievement and closing learning gaps across all student populations.

The ERP Honor Roll is a data-driven recognition program that identifies public school districts and campuses demonstrating consistently high levels of student achievement, academic growth over time, and success in narrowing achievement gaps, particularly for historically underserved student groups. This year, only 63 school districts—approximately 9 percent of all eligible districts—and 762 schools across Texas made the list.

In addition to district-wide recognition, nine of Carroll ISD’s eleven campuses were also individually named to the 2024 Honor Roll, further demonstrating the district’s consistent academic excellence across grade levels and schools.

“We are honored to be included on the ERP Honor Roll and are proud of our students, teachers, and staff who work every day to ensure success for every learner,” said Superintendent Dr. Jeremy Glenn. “This award validates our efforts to provide high-quality instruction and meaningful support for all Dragons."

This recognition is part of a broader national effort to spotlight effective schools and school systems that are delivering measurable results and preparing students for success beyond graduation.

“The Honor Roll is the only school recognition program in Texas based solely on objective student achievement data,” said ERP Chief Executive Officer James Lanich, Ph.D. “By shining a light on successful systems and practices, we hope to spark dialogue among educators and replicate what’s working to help more students succeed.”

The 2024 ERP Honor Roll is presented in partnership with the Texas Business Leadership Council. To view the full list of Honor Roll schools and districts or learn more about the methodology behind the program, visit www.edresults.org/honor-roll.
