Emerald Belles Cap Standout Season with Caribbean Cruise
The Carroll Emerald Belles wrapped up another phenomenal competition season this year as featured performers on a Royal Caribbean cruise to the Bahamas. The Belles left Miami on Friday, March 28 for a three-night cruise on the Independence of the Seas. That weekend, the Belles performed for crew and guests on the ship's main stage and had time to enjoy the beaches of Nassau.
The cruise was truly a celebration after an incredible 2025 competitive season.
On December 22, our Emerald Belles performed during an NFL halftime show at AT&T Stadium alongside the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
In February, the Belles took first place in their division at the Crowd Pleasers contest at Independence High School in Frisco.
On March 7, they performed during halftime at a Dallas Mavericks game at the American Airlines Center.
The same month, the Belles traveled to San Marcos for the Showmakers State Contest at Texas State University. The Belles again earned first place overall and came home with numerous other awards including highest scoring dance of the day, overall entertainment, and multiple first places in kick, jazz, and pom.
In addition, the Belles continued their tradition of non-profit outreach this semester by working as volunteers at area agencies, including the First Street Methodist Mission, Metroport Meals on Wheels, Saving Hope Rescue and Southlake Miracle League.
