CISD Real Estate Offerings

In August 2023, the Carroll ISD Board of Trustees adopted an amended version of Public-Private Partnership Guidelines in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 2267. A public private partnership is a contract between a governmental entity, such as Carroll ISD, and a private entity for delivering services or facilities in a cost-effective manner. Such partnerships can be more efficient than traditional sources of procurement and public financing. These partnerships offer the opportunity for the District to establish revenue sources that could provide long term benefits to the district.

Carroll ISD is seeking proposals for public-private partnerships as well as bids to purchase or exchange these underutilized properties.
